Muffin from Mark and Spencer

I happened to enjoy this simple food when I visit my friend. She's the Fan of Mark and Spencer food, it reminds her days in UK..so she always write a letter to Mark&Spencer to export their muffin to S'pore..here they are now :) finally!

Here's the simple recipe:
Muffin + margarin + sunny side fried egg + a little sprinkle of black papper
